Aastha Foundation Aurangabad
A unique activity started in 2018, run by Trained Caregivers and Volunteers to give respite to family caregivers of dementia patients. Each patient is attended by one caregiver appointed by the trust. Aastha foundation Aurangabad is taking rigorous efforts in the area of dementia, which is now common in old age.
Activities include creating awareness in people, its diagnosis, care & precautions and even conducting training for the caregivers of dementia patient. Aastha is arranging public program for awareness of the dementia disease in the month of September every year on the occasion of World Alzheimer”s awareness month.
In addition to this we are conducting a MEMORY CLINIC at “Basant Prabha Visawa” in which prominent doctors, Psychotherapist, Psychiatrics are invited to take session on memory, oblivion, serious oblivion and dementia.
